On the day of 18 April 2015 the Institute for Financial Research and Analysis (IFRA) UITM in Rzeszów was conducted training for City Council in Tyczyn of issues dealing with the deputy in the Polish law, the related rights and obligations. The training covered such issues as: the legal status of the deputy, restriction of functioning councilman at the labour market and the economy and the access of the councilman to this information. During the seminar, participants were also conveyed information about how to apply an application for property, negotiation and conflict resolution. Finally, the training was also covered topics regarding the access councilman to the information, cooperation and interaction with the environment and presentation techniques of effective communication of councilman with the socio-economic environment.
